Using humor, compassion, & honesty Sabrina guides you to a space that prioritizes your wellness & community. Sabrina believes in honest, direct communication as the key to meaningful relationships and leadership. Whether it is practicing boundaries with self, or others or being intentional with learning about how to take action in equity, Sabrina will hold a sacred container for you to explore without judgement.

Sabrina is a staunch advocate & disruptor, always prioritizing believing Survivors over Abusers. She believes we, as a society, are long overdue to Stand Up & Speak Out. Sabrina first experienced the Power of using her voice in 2014 working with a young person suffering with the invisible, neurological disorder - Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. From 2012, Sabrina advocated and guided this youth through his own advocacy. Shortly after that, Sabrina was hired with the Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, now known as Pr%f Alliance.

In 2015, Sabrina was hired with the Committee Against Domestic Abuse, working as a prevention specialist under Renita Robinson, the executive director at the time. Renita saw a fire in Sabrina’s spirit and encouraged, mentored, and empowered Sabrina to engage the community for change. Sabrina worked as the Education & Prevention Program Manager for a year in Aug 2020 - Sep 2021.

Sabrina has over ten years of combined professional and personal experience navigating barriers to belonging in a culture who accepts violence & silences victims. She leads with her heart and intention which has caused necessary disruption in her personal life & greater community.

With diverse expertise, such as working with the Native American Youth & Family Center as a Co-Located Advocate with Multnomah County in Portland Oregon - to working as an in-home caregiver & nursing assistant in the Emergency Room in Mankato MN - Sabrina engages community of all ages & backgrounds to take action-based steps for cultural & wellness change.

From public speaking events to very public social media conflicts to address problematic programming, Sabrina Speaks out & Stands up for Survivors of Sexual Violence. She has been certified a sexual & domestic violence advocate in the states of Oregon & Minnesota, believes in challenging herself & others to be better relatives & community members.

Sabrina believes in accessible wellness & equity. This is possible through community aid & sharing resources. She regularly donates her time to women who do not have ready access to resources for wellness.
